Due to its widespread popularity it may be considered as a local dish rather than a foreign one with n number of textures, flavours and even colours varying from location to location.Mostly preferred with fried rice , Noodles and even with Indian breads and equally liked by all ages. In spite of being an easy to cook recipe, this dish still remains mostly a restaurant item .This is my humble attempt to make this dish a homely item!!!
