Restaurant Style Chilly Chicken
Chilly chicken is one of the most popular Chinese dishes available.
Due to its widespread popularity it may be considered as a local dish rather
than a foreign one with n number of textures, flavours and even colours varying from location to location.Mostly preferred with fried rice , Noodles and even with
Indian breads and equally liked by all ages. In spite of being an easy to cook recipe, this dish still
remains mostly a restaurant item .This is my humble attempt to
make this dish a homely item!!! Wishing you all a happy cooking in this festive
season...

Delicious Butter Chicken
I still remember the day I prepared this dish first. Two years back, on one bright Sunday morning, when I was about to prepare chicken curry for lunch, my husband asked me : " why don't you try something different, like butter chicken?" .I searched in my handbooks for the recipe and I got an easy one. Although it was not a great success that day, I came up with a wonderful dish finally after the initial trials. Here I am sharing with you all the tips and tricks I am using to make it delicious.
