Shredded eggy banana is a healthy evening snack for kids as it contains all the goodness of banana, egg and pure ghee. This mixture can also be served with bread pieces.
Ingredients:-
Ripe Banana - 2 no:s
Egg - 2
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Pure ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:-
Cut banana into small cubes.
Beat egg with sugar.
Heat pure ghee in a non stick pan and
saute banana cubes in it.
Saute gently to keep the banana pieces
in the cube shape itself.
When all the sides are almost fried,
add egg-sugar mixture into it.
Add cardamom powder into it.
Stir well to get the egg as shredded.
Serve hot.
