Cream                       - 1 cup (235 ml)
Sugar             - 1 cup
Vanilla essence       - 5-6 drops
Gelatine        - 2tbsp
Method:-
Boil Milk with Sugar. Let it warm. Don’t allow to cool. To add gelatine, we need warm milk.
Double boil 2 tbsp gelatine with 4 tbsp water. (ie, Mix 2 tbsp gelatine with 4tbsp water in a small bowl. Boil water in a big bowl, place the gelatine bowl over the boiling water and stir continuously till the gelatine is melted completely).

Add the melted gelatine immediately into the warm milk. Stir continuously while adding gelatine.
Add cream and vanilla essence into the milk and beat well. You may check sugar at this time and add if needed.

Pour it into a pudding tray and add some crushed cashews and cherries on the top.

Freeze it for 1 hour.
After it is set, transfer it to the refrigerator.
Serve chill.
