Soak Soya chunks in warm water for at least 2 hrs. It will become double in size.

Wash it properly. Drain it and squeeze excess water.
Cut each of them into four small pieces.
Marinate them with Red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Ingredients for Masala
Onion, chopped                   - 2
Green Chilli, slit                 - 1
Ginger garlic paste           - 1 tsp
Tomato, sliced                   - 1
Curry leaves                       - a few
Garam Masala                   - ½ tsp
Oil                                           - 2 tbsp
Method:-
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Splutter curry leaves in it.
Add marinated soya chunks and fry in a low heat continuously.

Do all the coming steps also in a low heat.
When all the sides are fried well, add chopped onion and slit green chilli into it. Add salt to taste.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
Add sliced tomato and cook until it is blended well.

Add garam masala and mix.
Add ¼ glass of hot water into it and mix well. Turn the flame to high and stir fry until all the water is evaporated.

If you want to get a semi gravy masala, you can adjust the water level accordingly.
Check and add salt if needed.

Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
