Pineapple Souffle

 Absolutely delicious and simple recipe of Pineapple Souffle made from cream, pineapple and gelatin. Try this yummy , fluffy dessert today itself !!!





Ingredients:-
Sweet pineapple               - 1 medium
Gelatin                                  - 1 tbsp
Cream                                   - 250 gms
Sugar                                     - 1 cup
Water                                    - ¼ cup
Method:-
Cut Pineapple into very small pieces.
Mix gelatine in ¼ cup of warm water and stir until dissolved.

In a non stick pan, cook pineapple pieces with sugar. When sugar is dissolved completely, mix gelatin to it and remove from the fire immediately.

Let it cool at room temperature and then keep it in the freezer.

When it is half set, take off from the freezer and grind it well.

Pour into a large bowl and add cream into it. Mix well.
 Tranfer into the serving bowls or on the same. I have got these much with the mentioned quantity of ingredients.


Decorate with tutti fruittis or cherrys.

Keep it in the freezer.
After it is set, keep it in the fridge.
Serve cool.

Tips:-
Instead of original pineapple and gelatine, you can use pineapple jellys. Then you don’t need any cooking. Just have to grind pineapple jellys and mix with cream.
