Simple home-made Bread Pizza !!!



A simple snack of bread and eggs which looks like a PIZZA. So, a good way to make our kids happy!!! 

Ingredients:-
1)      Egg                                                                   -  5
2)      Finely chopped Onion                                     -  1
3)      Finely chopped Capsicum                              -  1
4)      Finely chopped Tomato                                  -  1
5)      Bread loaves (cut into small pieces)           -  6
6)      Bread powder/Rusk powder                        -  2 tbsp
7)      Tomato Sauce                                                - 4 tbsp
8)      Pepper powder                                              - 1 tsp
9)      Shredded chicken                                             -  1 cup
10)   Milk                                                                   -  3-4 tbsp
11)   Salt to taste
12)   Butter                                                                - 25 gm
13)   Capsicum cut into rings                                   - 3-4 rings
14)   Tomato cut into rings                                       - 3-4 rings


Method :-

·         Beat egg in a bowl; add ingredients 2 to 11 into it and mix well.


·         We have to get a consistency like this....You can adjust it by adding bread powder.

·         In a thick wide non-stick pan, heat butter and rotate to grease butter all over the pan. Then keep the flame low.
·         Add egg mixture into the pan and level it using a spoon.
·         On the top, place capsicum and tomato rings like this
.
·         Close the pan with a lid and cook for 10- 15 minutes in a low flame.
·         After 10-15 minutes, pizza will start leaving  from the sides of the pan. But , its top side may not be fully cooked at this time. Dont worry ....lets do that within another 15 minutes...

·         For that, we are going to turn the pizza upside down .

·         We can do that with the help of two flat plain plates, lets name them Plate 1 and Plate 2 to avoid confusion.

·         Before that, switch off the flame...

·         Remove the lid of the pan and cover the pan with Plate 1. Now, turn the pan so that the pizza is now on the plate1 with the bottom cooked side up. See the picture...

·         Again , cover the pizza on plate1 using plate2 and turn once more so that pizza is now on Plate 2 with the half cooked top side up.  Grate some butter or cheese on this side now...

·         Now , cover the Plate 2 with our actual non stick pan and turn again . Now the pizza is on the pan with half-cooked top side down....and cooked bottom side up...

·         Do all these steps carefully....

·         Now, close the pan with lid and switch on the flame (again low for safe cooking) .

·         Cook for another 10-15 minutes.

·         When it is done, transfer it to a plate (after turning once again) so that the top side with the capsicum and tomato rings are up. 

·         Serve with Tomato sauce.....

Tips:-
·         You can add chicken stock (if any) to the mixture for enhancing the taste.
·         To make a vegetable pizza, you can avoid chicken pieces.
·         You may add any suitable ingredients like cheese, mayonnaise etc to the mixture...
