Garlic Paste @ home




Garlic paste is a perfect condiment for the Arabic Cuisines. It is very very simple to prepare this arabic garlic paste at home...


Ingredients:
Egg white            - of 2 eggs
Garlic pods          -4
Lime juice            - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Any sunflower oil-  1 cup
Method:-
Take a mixie jar having lid with a hole.
Beat egg white , crushed garlic, lime juice and salt together. Meanwhile, add oil drop by drop through the lid. Never add oil directly into the jar.

Beat until you get the thick consistency of garlic paste like this.

Transfer it into a bowl.

Yummy, tasty & thick garlic paste is ready!!!

Tips:-
Be careful to take only the white and not a little bit of egg yolk. Otherwise you won’t get the pure white colour for the paste.
Adding more and more oil will make the paste thicker.
