Tender Coconut-Milk Shake



Tender Coconut Milk Shake
It combines all the goodness of coconut and milk. So, a high energy drink ....just perfect for summer tropical holidays.











Servings: 2         Time : 10 min      

Ingredients
Water of 1 tender coconut
Pulp of 1 tender coconut .
Cold milk -  1 glass
sugar   -  1 table spoon

Step 1

In a blender, beat the pulp ,coconut water and sugar well.Make sure that the pulp is fully grinded.

Step 2

Add cold milk, and beat just for 2 sec.
Dont beat for so many time after adding cold milk.It will make the drink hot.

Step 3 ( optional)

After pouring into the serving glass, if u add a scoop of vanilla icecream on the top, it will taste excellent!!!
