Ingredients
1) Chicken ( cut into medium pieces) - 500
gm
2) Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
3) Kashmiri Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
4) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
5) Garam masala - 1 tsp
6) Pepper powder - ½ tsp
7) Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
8) Egg -
1
9) Corn flour - 1 tbsp
10) Salt -
as required
11) Curry leaves - 2 tbsp
12) Any sunflower oil - for deep frying
Method:
2) Marinate chicken pieces in this
mixture and keep aside for at least half an hour.
3) In a deep bottom pan, heat the oil and
put curry leaves.
4) Then add the chicken pieces
immediately and deep fry.
Tips
- The more time you keep the chicken pieces marinated, the better would be the taste.
