Special Chicken Fry

We can fry chicken in a number of ways. But whenever I think of preparing a chicken fry as quick as possible , I prefer this way. Y because , the recipe is simple, the ingredients r easily available, the taste is different and not to forget the traditional aroma !!!
 

Servings : 3         Prep Time: 5 min        Cooking Time : 15 min

Ingredients

1)      Chicken ( cut into medium pieces)    -  500 gm

2)      Ginger garlic paste                            -  2 tbsp

3)      Kashmiri Chilli powder                      - 1 tbsp

4)      Turmeric Powder                               - 1/2 tsp

5)      Garam masala                                   - 1 tsp

6)      Pepper powder                                  - ½ tsp

7)      Lemon juice                                       -  1 tbsp

8)      Egg                                                     - 1

9)      Corn flour                                           - 1 tbsp

10)  Salt                                                     - as required

11)  Curry leaves                                       - 2 tbsp

12)  Any sunflower oil                               - for deep frying

Method:

   1)      Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients from 2 – 10.

2)      Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture and keep aside for at least half an hour.

3)      In a deep bottom pan, heat the oil and put curry leaves.

4)      Then add the chicken pieces immediately and deep fry.
 This chicken fry can be served with chappathi, paratha etc along with mint chutney or garlic paste.
Tips
 
  •       The more time you keep the chicken pieces marinated, the better would be the taste.
