We have traditionally thought about green peas as a ‘starchy
vegetable’ that can’t provide much in the way of nutrition. But it’s time to
change our thinking. Green peas are
fully loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients. The major health
benefits of green peas are support for blood sugar regulation, heart health
promotion and protection against stomach cancer. So include a lot of green peas
in your diet, especially in your breakfast.
Here I am sharing with you a simple recipe of Green Peas Masala which is well suited with chappathi , puri and even puttu also.
