Erachi choru/Meat Rice is an easy to prepare dish which looks and tastes like Biriyani. Beef/Mutton
gravy is prepared first and the rice is cooked in that gravy. All the spicy
flavours added to the meat gravy are thus well blended with the rice so that
the rice tastes yummy. Try out this easy tasty recipe ...All the very best !!!

Stuffed Pav/Bun (Bun Nirachath)
Stuffed Bun/ Bun
Nirachath is a famous Ramadan Recipe in the Malabar Region. The traditional ‘Bun
Nirachath’ is prepared by using brain roast or any other spicy meat filling.
You can use any filling of your choice. Here , I have prepared this tasty snack
with a less spicy Chicken- Veg mix as the filling, as it also suitable as a
kids snack.

Mambazha Pulissery / Mambazha Kalan
This is mango
time!!! Bundle of mangoes, hanging in trees , is really a feast for our eyes . Why cant we try out something special with mango? Here’s the special , authentic
Mambazha Pulissery/Mambazha Kalan.
Mambazha Pulissery is another
traditional Kerala recipe, a divine treat from God’s own country. This is a sweet
and sour curry prepared in yoghurt and thick coconut gravy. Usually a special
kind of ripe, small mangoes/ nattu manga are used for this curry. It smells
great!! You can also use ripe mango pieces also. This goes very well with rice
and is the most demanding item of Kerala Sadhya/Grand Feast.

Kerala Style Prawns Fry
Kerala Style Prawns
Fry is a spicy, flavorful dish, which is considered to be the signature dish
of Kerala, the God’s own country. Prawns are super tasty. When it comes with
the aromatic flavors of fresh herbs, the taste is just awesome. I have skewered
each prawn before frying to retain a long shape and thus a fancy look. We can
use wooden skewers/fresh eerkkili (tender rib of coconut leaves)/tooth pick for
this.
